ERS Ltd initially operated under a parent Company with high experience in worldwide merchant shipping, However with increasing demand for the overall and systematic approach to the services of the yachts and their users, as from 2010 ERS Ltd became an independent Company with its core business focus on yachts and yacht users.
ERS Ltd. business policy imperative is High Quality Service(s). Being fully aware that authorized service dealers are the main and essential contact for service, product information, genuine parts, and various accessories today available on the market, Company patiently rendered its services to the customer’s satisfaction. The effort made was valued and recognized within the industry and today ERS is an authorized Volvo Penta Importer and Service for Montenegro, Serbia and Albania, Authorized MTU Workshop and HUMPHREE direct dealer for the Montenegro area.
It is a proven fact that a local dealer who is familiar with the product and local area will answer to various customer service inquiries in the best possible way. In addition, if system malfunction occurs during the operation of the engine and/or its accessories, the authorized service engineers are able to perform a quick and effective trouble check of the system in order to rectified noted malfunction.
